Elective Continuing Education classes are offered every month during the 1st and 4th quarter of the year, many classes are included at no additional charge from our industry sponsors. The mandatory update is offered throughout the year at a discounted price for members.
Standard Office Plan – Starting at $225/month
Basic office access + Choose from one of our 3 Boulder County business centers as your business address. Standard Office plans give you 24/7 office access and can use all the amenities of the business center at your convenience: high speed internet, B/W printer/scanner/copier, conference rooms, large format monitors with screen share at most locations.

No Frills Office Plan – $175/month
The Louisville Office Evolution business centers as your primary business address. Offices are ac-cessible during normal business hours M-F. You can use the address on your business cards, con-tracts, and for mail delivery. Staffed with a receptionist, live phone answering is included Monday-Friday with dial by name directory after hours and weekends. Perfect for the thrifty broker who pre-fers to work from their home office but would like a commercial location to pick up mail and occasion-ally meet clients. This plan includes all A-la-carte services offered by Office Evolution (billed separately by usage)
Office Evolution Add On Plan – $50/month
This is an A La Carte ONLY plan that give you flexibility and ease of using over ten Denver/Front Range Offices (and growing) with keyless 24/7 access. At each location you will find Free Wi-Fi & Ethernet internet access, Drop-in business lounge, Community kitchen, Front desk receptionist to greet your guests and receive your contracts, mail or packages. All with Free coffee, water, & tea. Each location has Free parking, A La Carte use of Training rooms, Conference rooms and Offices.
Dedicated Office – market rate
Private offices are available at several locations ranging from $500 to $1200 in addition to your office access plan. Furniture provided at most locations.
Showing Services – as low as $15.00 per listing for the life of the listing
